Ingredients

  • 1 - Broccoli
  • 1/2 - celery, cut into small pieces, washed
  • 1 inch - ginger, cut in small pieces
  • 1 or 2 flakes - Garlic
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1 small Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 small piece - Cinnamon stick
  • 1 or 2 - Cloves
  • 2 or 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 - onion, cut finely
  • How to Make Broccoli Vegetable Soup:

    1. First cut all the vegetables into small pieces (you can add vegetables of your choice too). Put some oil in a pan. Fry cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
    2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger.
    3. Fry for 2 minutes and then add the vegetables.
    4. Fry for another 2 minutes and then add water.
    5. Let it boil and add salt to taste.
    6. Cook for at least 15-20 minutes.
    7. Once the vegetables are cooked, switch off the stove. Let it cool.
    8. Once it's cool, blend it in a mixer.
    9. Put the mixture in a pan and boil it for another 5 minutes.
    10. You can add ghee or butter to add flavor or even 1 tbsp of milk.
    11. Do not add too much though since it will change the color.
    12. Add pepper powder and salt if needed.
    13. Enjoy your broccoli soup.
