Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg - medium sized potatoes, peeled
  • 3/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onion
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese
  • How to Make Browned Potatoes:

    1. Melt butter. Roll potatoes in butter
    2. Arrange the potatoes in the baking pan
    3. Bake the potatoes in preheated oven at 375 Fahrenheit for 1 hour
    4. Turn the potatoes
    5. Pour broth, sour cream and top with onions and capsicum
    6. Garnish with cheese
    7. Bake the potatoes again at 375 Fahrenheit for 45 mins
    8. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
    9. Serve hot
