Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg - medium sized potatoes, peeled
  • 3/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onion
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese

How to Make Browned Potatoes

  • Melt butter. Roll potatoes in butter
  • Arrange the potatoes in the baking pan
  • Bake the potatoes in preheated oven at 375 Fahrenheit for 1 hour
  • Turn the potatoes
  • Pour broth, sour cream and top with onions and capsicum
  • Garnish with cheese
  • Bake the potatoes again at 375 Fahrenheit for 45 mins
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot
