Ingredients

  • 200 gms - Garlic bread
  • 200 gms - Salsa
  • For Bruschetta Salsa:
  • 1 kg - Tomatoes
  • 10 gms - Green chillies, chopped
  • 100 ml - Tomato ketchup
  • 50 gms - Finely chopped Celery
  • 40 gms - Sugar
  • 20 gms - Coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bruschetta

  • Cut slices of garlic bread and put each slice on aluminum tray.
  • Now put this tray in oven to toast the garlic bread. Toast it well.
  • Remove it from the oven and spread salsa on each slice of garlic bread.
  • Arrange nicely on rectangular platter and serve.
  • For Bruschetta Salsa:
  • Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, de-skin and de-seed them.
  • Finely chop the tomates and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Store in a cool place.
