Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 1 kg - Tomato
  • 250 g - hung Curd
  • 200 ml - Cream
  • 100 g - Butter
  • 10 g - Ginger
  • 10 g -fenugreek leave
  • 10 g - coriander powder
  • 5 g - Green chilli
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Butter Chicken with Tomato:

    1. Wash chicken and marinate with hung curd, ginger garlic, a pinch of salt and red chilli powder.
    2. Puree the tomatoes.
    3. Heat butter in kadai, add some ginger and green chilly. Fry till golden brown.
    4. Add puree, stir it and add salt, red chilli powder and sugar. Mix well.
    5. Add cream and stir well.
    6. Add fenugreek leaves and keep boiling.
    7. Heat another pan with butter to fry the chicken.
    8. Fry all the chicken till half done.
    9. Add fried chicken in gravy stir it well.
    10. Serve hot with garnish of cream and ginger.
