Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/6 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/6 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 5-6 - green chillies
  • 6 - 7 - curry leaves
  • 1/7 tsp - garlic
  • 1/7 tsp - ginger
  • Some buttermilk

How to Make Buttermilk Kadhi

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add mustard and cumin seeds.
  • After it starts spluttering, add curry leaves, and finely chopped green chillies.
  • Add turmeric powder, ginger and garlic and cook it on low flame.
  • Add buttermilk.
  • Add salt to taste and cook it on low flame.
