Ingredients

  • 1 - baked 9" tart shell or 12" flan case
  • 1 cup - Butter
  • 1 tin - Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - Brown sugar
  • Few Walnut halves
  • Cream for garnishing
  • How to Make Butterscotch Pie:

    1. In a heavy pan, combine condensed milk, sugar and butter, and melt over low heat, until sugar dissolves.
    2. Keep stirring and let it boil until thick for about 10 minutes.
    3. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell.
      Garnish with cream and walnuts.
