  • 6 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water in the brackets)
  • 100 g - cabbage (finely chopped and dipped in salt water for 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - each of coriander and chilli powder
  • a pinch each of hing and sugar
  • a few sprigs of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cabbage Cutlets

  • Drian the cabbage.
  • In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to make a firm dough.
  • Shape into small rounds and deep fry till golden brown.
