Ingredients

  • 6 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water in the brackets)
  • 100 g - Cabbage (finely chopped and dipped in salt water for 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - each of coriander and chilli powder
  • a pinch each of Hing and Sugar
  • a few sprigs of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Cabbage Cutlets:

    1. Drian the cabbage.
    2. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to make a firm dough.
    3. Shape into small rounds and deep fry till golden brown.
