How to Make Caesar Salad

  • Heat 1/4 cup oil and Fry garlic cloves till brown.
  • Remove from oil
  • Now fry bread cubes in that oil till golden brown
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Mix all the items of marination.
  • Apply to chicken pieces
  • Marinate for 30 mins.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil
  • Saute chicken pieces till cooked
  • Remove and cool
  • Tear pieces of lettuce
  • Mix in a bowl
  • Add anchovy fillets to it
  • Blend well caeser dressing, sour cream and cheese
  • Pour 1/2 the dressing over salad
  • Toss it well
  • Sprinkle bread croutons
  • Pour the remaining dressing
  • Garnish with chicken pieces
