Ingredients

  • 10 slices sandwich bread
  • 50 g - Butter
  • 5 tbsp - Caesar salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 5 slices Ham
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup chopped Lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp - lime/lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp - shredded cheese

How to Make Caesar Sandwich

  • Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter on one side only.
  • Place a slice of ham on each bread slice.
  • Combine all the other ingredients together.
  • Spoon the salad mixture on the ham.
  • Top with the other 5 buttered slices.
  • Remove the crusts and slice each diagonally.
  • Makes 5 sandwiches.
