Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - Walnut crumbs
  • 1/4 cup -jam

How to Make Cake Biscuit

  • Mix maida and butter, then add sugar, essence and egg and mix to form a dough.
  • Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Roll the balls in walnut crumbs.
  • Put the balls in the greased baking dish.
  • Press the balls by thumb.
  • Put jam in the holes of the balls.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C for 12 minutes.
  • Serve.
