Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - Walnut crumbs
  • 1/4 cup -jam
  • How to Make Cake Biscuit:

    1. Mix maida and butter, then add sugar, essence and egg and mix to form a dough.
    2. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
    3. Make small balls of the dough.
    4. Roll the balls in walnut crumbs.
    5. Put the balls in the greased baking dish.
    6. Press the balls by thumb.
    7. Put jam in the holes of the balls.
    8. Bake at 180 degrees C for 12 minutes.
    9. Serve.
