Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1.5 litres water
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1 onion, chopped finely

How to Make Caldo Verde

  • Mix all the ingredients and bring to boil.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
