  • 1 medium sized Cauliflower
  • 2/3 medium sized Capsicums
  • 2 medium sized Onions
  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Everest Pav Bhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1/4 tsp amchur powder (dry Mango powder)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • How to Make Capsicum - Cauliflower Bhaji:

    1. Cut the onions and tomatoes finely.
    2. Cut the capsicums into strips (length-wise).
    3. Separate the florets of the cauliflower and cut them lengthwise.
    4. In a flat-bottomed vessel, heat some oil.
    5. Add the onions and saute them till light brown.
    6. Add the tomatoes and continue to cook till a fine paste forms
    7. Now add the capsicum and cauliflower florets.
    8. Add all the masalas with salt and cook on a medium flame till the vegetables are cooked. ( Do not add any water).
    9. Serve hot with rice, rotis or parathas.
