Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Corn kernels
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Capsicum And Corn Stir Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, green chillies, and ginger paste; fry lightly.
    2. Mix in the corn, capsicum, pepper, and salt. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
    3. Serve hot.
