How to Make Capsicum and Onion Masala

  • Make thin slices of the onions.
  • Cut the capsicum into thin pieces vertically.
  • Take oil in a pan; add onions and fry them till they become brown.
  • Add capsicum pieces and tomatoes and boil them for some time.
  • Add garam masala and stir to mix properly.
  • Add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Take a small bowl of hot water, add besan, and stir till it mixes properly.
  • Add this to the pan and mix it thoroughly.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
