How to Make Capsicum Besan Dal Curry

  • Cut the capsicums into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • In a pan, take oil. Add the mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the capsicums, chilli powder, and salt.
  • When the capsicums become soft, add the Bengal gram flour.
  • Mix well and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes. Keep checking occasionally.
  • When cooked well, add the sugar.
  • Mix well and serve hot with puri, chapati, or dal and rice.
