  • 2 - big onions
  • 4-5 - tomatoes, medium size
  • 1/4 kg - capsicum
  • Haldi - a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp - mirchi powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Salt - according to taste
  • 1 tsp - dry coconut (grated)
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Capsicum Coconut Fry

  • Wash the capsicum and cut it into small pieces.
  • Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces as well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onion and tomato pieces first, and let them fry till they become soft (cook the entire recipe on a low flame).
  • Now add capsicum, haldi, mirchi powder, and salt, and cover with a lid till the capsicum becomes soft.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • Add garam masala powder and dry coconut and serve.
