Ingredients

  • 500g - green Capsicum
  • 500g - mixed vegetables (carrot, French bean, peas, cauliflower)
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 100g - besan
  • oil
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur
  • salt
  • How to Make Capsicum Cups:

    1. Remove the stem and seeds from the capsicum.
    2. Boil the vegetables.
    3. Mash the vegetables and add salt, coriander leaves, and all the spices, and mix well.
    4. Stuff the capsicum with these vegetables.
    5. Make a paste of besan and apply over the top of each capsicum and deep fry.
