  • 2 - green capsicums, medium
  • 2 - onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 3/4 cup - peanut
  • 6 - red chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander seeds
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Capsicum Peanut Curry

  • Cut the capsicum into medium sized pieces.
  • Saute peanut, red chillies, half of the chopped onions and coriander seeds in a pan and then grind to a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
  • Add capsicum and salt. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes
  • Add peanut paste and cook it for 5 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
