Ingredients

  • 2 - Capsicums
  • 2 - cups yoghurt/curds
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 2 - sprigs of fresh coriander

How to Make Capsicum Raita

  • Chop the capsicums finely.
  • In a pan, splutter the mustard seeds in hot oil.
  • Add crushed dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the capsicum and fry for 1 minute.
  • Cool the mixture. Mix with yoghurt.
  • Add salt and chopped coriander. Tastes good with parathas.
