Ingredients

  • 2 - capsicums
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds for tadka
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Capsicum Raitha

  • Cut the capsicums into thin long slices.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin and mustard seeds. When they splutter, add capsicum and fry them in the oil till they become soft.
  • Now add salt, cumin powder and chaat masala.
  • Cool it and then add cold curd and mix well.
  • Serve with roti sabzi and rice.
