Ingredients

  • 2 - Capsicums
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds for tadka
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Capsicum Raitha:

    1. Cut the capsicums into thin long slices.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin and mustard seeds. When they splutter, add capsicum and fry them in the oil till they become soft.
    3. Now add salt, cumin powder and chaat masala.
    4. Cool it and then add cold curd and mix well.
    5. Serve with roti sabzi and rice.
