Ingredients

  • 1 cup - seedless black Grapes
  • 1 cup - seedless green Grapes
  • 1/2 cup - dates, chopped
  • 2 Orange Carrots
  • 2 pink Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 tbsp - walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Raisins
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • For dressing:
  • 1/2 cup - Orange juice
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Carrot and Fruit Salad with Orange Mint Dressing

  • Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.
  • Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
  • Core and dice the apple.
  • Combine with grapes, dates, raisins, walnuts and chaat Masala.
  • Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
  • Combine all the ingredients for dressing together.
  • To serve, arrange the grated carrots on a serving plate.
  • Spread the fruit mixture over it and pour the dressing on top.
