Ingredients

  • 2 cup - grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - Peanuts (roasted), crushed
  • 2 - green chillies, minced
  • 1 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • salt to taste

How to Make Carrot and Peanut Salad

  • Combine all the ingredients except the oil and mustard.
  • Heat oil, season with mustard and add to the salad.
  • Mix well and serve.
