  • grated carrot - 1 cup
  • chopped celery stalk - 1/2 cup
  • chopped parsley - 2 tbsp
  • pure apple juice - 1/2 cup
  • chaat masala to taste

How to Make Carrot Apple and celery Cocktail

  • Blend carrot, celery and parsley with 1.5 cup of water.
  • Strain, pressing out all the juice.
  • Add apple juice and chaat masala.
  • Serve chilled.
