  • 2-carrots big size
  • 1 cup -gram flour
  • 2 tsp-chilli powder
  • 2 tsp -jeera
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Carrot Bajji

  • Grate the carrot.
  • Sprinkle the gram flour onto it and mix them without adding any water.
  • Add the chilli powder, jeera and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the carrot mixture to the oil and fry well.
