  • 2 cups - Coconut, grated
  • 3 cups - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Ghee

How to Make Carrot-Coconut Burfi

  • In a pan, add grated carrot, coconut, and sugar. Stir it.
  • Add ghee a little at a time and mix.
  • When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour onto a greased plate.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Serve.
