Ingredients

  • 8 - Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 300 grams - Sugar
  • 6 or 8 - Cloves
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - Orange and Lime rind
  • How to Make Carrot Jam:

    1. Combine all the ingredients together in a suitable pan.
    2. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
    3. Cool and store.
