Ingredients

4 small carrots, grated

1 medium-sized apple, peeled and chopped

2 tbsp Lime juice

1 orange, peeled and segmented

2 tbsp Cottage cheese

1 tbsp skimmed Milk Curd

1 tbsp chopped coriander

Salt, pepper, paprika, according to taste

Method

  1. Mix everything, toss to spread the seasoning evenly and serve immediately.
