Ingredients

  • 4 small carrots, grated
  • 1 medium-sized apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp Cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp skimmed Milk Curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, according to taste
  • How to Make Carrot salad:

    1. Mix everything, toss to spread the seasoning evenly and serve immediately.
