Ingredients

  • 4-5 - carrots, washed and grated finely
  • 1-2 -green chillies, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup - roasted and coarsely ground Peanut (groundnut) powder
  • chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2-3 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 4-5 -curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Hing
  • How to Make Carrot Salad with mustard seeds seasoning:

    1. Mix the carrots, lemon juice, sugar, green chillies, coriander leaves and peanut powder.
    2. Season with mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves in oil. Refrigerate.
    3. Add salt before serving.
