Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, fresh and juicy
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 2.5 glasses water (500ml - approx.)

How to Make Carrot Sip

  • Wash carrots, scrape, and cut in chunks.
  • Boil in water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mince or chop mint leaves very finely.
  • Pour into a large plate and cool.
  • Put carrots in a mixer, and add lemon juice, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  • Run till carrots are well pulped. Add water. Run until mixed well.
  • When well blended, strain through sieve.
  • Add mint and stir.
  • Serve chilled in tall glasses with a small swirl of cream on top.
