Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, fresh and juicy
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 2.5 glasses water (500ml - approx.)
  • How to Make Carrot Sip:

    1. Wash carrots, scrape, and cut in chunks.
    2. Boil in water and simmer for 5 minutes.
    3. Mince or chop mint leaves very finely.
    4. Pour into a large plate and cool.
    5. Put carrots in a mixer, and add lemon juice, salt, sugar, and pepper.
    6. Run till carrots are well pulped. Add water. Run until mixed well.
    7. When well blended, strain through sieve.
    8. Add mint and stir.
    9. Serve chilled in tall glasses with a small swirl of cream on top.
