Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Tiny bits of Cashew nuts
  • 8 - Cardamoms, powdered
  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 2 tbsp - Desiccated Coconut
  • How to Make Cashew Coconut Macaroons:

    1. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
    2. Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
    3. Using a tsp, place blobs of the batter, inches apart on a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
