  • Cashew fruits - 10-15
  • 1/2 cup - Jaggery
  • Coconut
  • Cardamom
  • How to Make Cashew Fruit Payasam:

    1. Wash and cut the cashew fruits into four - five pieces, cook it in a pressure cooker adding a little water up to 3 whistles.
    2. Coarsely grind the cooked cashew and add jaggery to it.
    3. Now place this mixture in a stove and keep stirring till it becomes thick (thickness as you require).
    4. Meanwhile grate a little coconut and fry it. Add this to payasam along with cardamom (coarsely ground).
