Ingredients

  • 1 medium - cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 - potatoes, peeled and chopped into quarters
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves

How to Make Cauliflower and Potato Curry

  • Heat oil and saute onions for a while.
  • Add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and stir fry for a few minutes till the tomato turn pulpy
  • To this add cauliflower, potatoes and 2 cups of water, and simmer on low heat till the vegetables are done and till the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
