  • cauliflower florets - 2 cups
  • onions - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • spinach leaves handful
  • skimmed milk - 2 cups
  • vegetable/chicken stock - one and a half liters
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cauliflower and Spinach Soup

  • Combine cauliflower, onion and spinach with stock.
  • Simmer till the vegetables are soft. Cool and blend in a mixer.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Heat and serve immediately.
