Ingredients

  • 1 - big Cauliflower well cleaned and cut
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - chopped, Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • To grind:
  • 1 tsp - Garlic
  • 1 - medium sized Onion
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - fresh Coriander leaves
  • 1 - medium sized Tomato
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Delight:

    1. Blend in a mixer all the ingredients and keep aside.
    2. In a heavy bottom pan heat the oil and fry cauliflower flowerets till light brown and keep them aside.
    3. In the same pan heat some oil, and when hot, add asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, sugar and the ground masala.
    4. Fry well till oil separates from gravy.
    5. Now add the cauliflower pieces one by one and cover on low heat for about 10 mins.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies.
    7. Serve with rotis or parathas.
