Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower, cut into big florets
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese

How to Make Cauliflower Egg Bake

  • In boiling water, cook cauliflower till soft. Drain, mash and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion till transparent.
  • Add garlic paste and milk.
  • Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the mixture to cauliflower.
  • Beat egg and add to cauliflower.
  • Add buttermilk, salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture in an ovenproof casserole.
  • Garnish with cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins till cheese is golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
