How to Make Cauliflower Manchurian
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Cook for 2 mins
Mix maida, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and water without any lumps
The batter should be a little thick
Dip the cauliflower in this batter and deep fry in the oil till light brown and keep it aside.
Heat oil in another pan. Fry onions, ginger and garlic. Allow to cool.
Grind these onions, the ginger and garlic into a smooth paste.
Blanch tomatoes in hot water and remove the skin and make it into a paste
Heat oil, season with cumin and then add the onion-ginger-garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes.
Add tomato paste and fry for 5 mins
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to that paste and allow it to boil.
When it starts boiling, add fried cauliflower. Allow it to boil further until the gravy becomes thick.
Sprinkle some grated cheese and garnish with coriander leaves.
