Ingredients

  • Foxtail millet flour- 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower florets- 1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Grated ginger- 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- to deep fry

How to Make Cauliflower millet pakoda

  • In a bowl add cauliflower florets.
  • Add foxtail millet flour, rice flour, grated ginger, cauliflower florets, red chilli powder, salt, curry leaves and sprinkle water so as to mix it. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and slowly put in the coated cauliflower florets and fry til golden brown.
  • Serve with any sauce.
