How to Make Cauliflower Pakoras

  • Shred the cauliflower.
  • Chop celery, spring onions, ginger, and green chillies and add to cauliflower.
  • Add maida, rice flour, corn flour and soya sauce.
  • Allow to stand for half an hour. Do not add water.
  • Please take care while adding soya sauce as this contains salt.
  • After half an hour, mix well and deep fry like pakodas in hot oil.
