Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower, small
  • 1 piece - Ginger
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 - Celery
  • 1 - Spring onion
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup - Maida
  • 0.25 cup - Rice flour
  • 0.25 cup - Corn flour
  • 0.25 cup - soya sauce
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Cauliflower Pakoras:

    1. Shred the cauliflower.
    2. Chop celery, spring onions, ginger, and green chillies and add to cauliflower.
    3. Add maida, rice flour, corn flour and soya sauce.
    4. Allow to stand for half an hour. Do not add water.
    5. Please take care while adding soya sauce as this contains salt.
    6. After half an hour, mix well and deep fry like pakodas in hot oil.
