  • For dough:
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 medium-sized Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi
  • 1 handful chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 Onions
  • How to Make Cauliflower Parota:

    1. Clean the cauliflower in boiled water. Grate and keep it aside.
    2. Take a kadai and put 2 tsp oil, may be less if you are worried about your figure.
    3. Fry onion till soft, and then add cauliflower. Fry for 5 minutes.
    4. Add all the other masalas.
    5. Make two small pooris with the dough. Stuff masala. Roll again.
    6. Roast on tava.
    7. Your hot and delicious cauliflower paratha is ready.
