How to Make Cauliflower Parota

  • Clean the cauliflower in boiled water. Grate and keep it aside.
  • Take a kadai and put 2 tsp oil, may be less if you are worried about your figure.
  • Fry onion till soft, and then add cauliflower. Fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add all the other masalas.
  • Make two small pooris with the dough. Stuff masala. Roll again.
  • Roast on tava.
  • Your hot and delicious cauliflower paratha is ready.
