Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - low fat Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp - powdered kasoori Methi (fenugreek)
  • 2 pinches - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 pinches - Garam Masala
  • 2 pinches - tandoori masala
  • 1 - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Tikka:

    1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Add the cauliflower florets. Mix well.
    3. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
    4. Barbeque or grill.
    5. Serve with mint yoghurt raita
