Ingredients

  • 1 cup - chopped Celery
  • 2 grapefruits, sliced
  • 2 red Capsicum (deseeded and membrane removed)
  • 4 oranges, sliced
  • 4 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - blackcurrant juice

How to Make Celery and grapefruit salad

  • Toss the celery, grapefruit, red capsicum and oranges in a salad bowl.
  • Sprinkle the olive oil, vinegar and black currant juice.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.
