Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - plain yogurt
  • 3/4 glass - water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp - Rock Salt (black salt)
  • 1/4 tsp - ground cumin powder
  • 1.4 tsp - ground Mint (pudina)
  • How to Make Chaas (Buttermilk):

    1. In a bowl add yogurt, water and all the ingredients and mix well using a whisk. Whisk it properly until yogurt and water look alike. Enjoy your summer cooler.
    2. Best served chilled. Note- You can substitute dry mint with fresh mint leaves (2 fresh mint leaves) as well.
