Ingredients

  • 2 cups - channa dal
  • 1 -big onion
  • 1 cup - cauliflower, chopped
  • 3-4 -green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - red chilli pd
  • Salt and oil for frying.

How to Make Chatvada

  • Soak channa dal and grind it coarse.
  • Add all the above ingredients and mix it well.
  • Heat oil, make the flat tikkis and deep fry them till brown.
