  • 1 1/2 cups - cooked rice
  • 1 cup - boiled spinach
  • 3/4 cup - ground cheese
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • salt, pepper and mustard to taste

How to Make Cheddar Rice Balls

  • Combine cooked rice, boiled and chopped spinach, ground cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
  • Form into balls. Roll in breadcrumbs (approximately 3/4 cup) and fry.
  • Serve hot with chilli sauce.
