  • 8 slices - sandwich bread
  • 4 slices - cheese
  • 1 - tomato sliced finely
  • 4 slices - thinly sliced cucumber
  • 3 tsp - butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheese And Tomato Sandwiches

  • Butter the bread well on one side.
  • Place a slice of cheese on 4 slices of bread.
  • Place the tomato and cucumber slices over the cheese.
  • Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Cut away the hard crusts and cut each sandwich diagonally.
