Ingredients

1 cup - cheese, grated

1 cup - peas, cooked

2 - tomatoes, peeled and sliced

2 cups - breadcrumbs

1 lump - Butter

Dash of dry mustard

Pepper and salt

1 - Egg (beaten)

1/4 pound puff pastry

Method

  1. Make a puree of the peas.
  2. Mix together peas, cheese, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, butter and seasoning.
  3. Roll out the pastry, cut into squares and put a little of the mixture on each piece. Fold into rolls.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins in a hot oven.
