  • 8 slices - bread
  • oil for frying
  • For cheese mixture:
  • 250 g - cheese (grated)
  • 45 g - breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste
  • 3 - Egg yolks
  • 1.5 pint - Milk
  • How to Make Cheese Bread Pakoras:

    1. Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, chilli powder and pepper in a bowl. Blend well.
    2. Cut the slices of bread in triangles.
    3. Dip these triangles in the cheese mixture and immediately shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
    4. Serve immediately with chutney.
