Ingredients

  • 3 cups - milk
  • 1 cup - cheese
  • 1 cup - spinach or coriander bunch
  • 2.5 cups - fine rava
  • Salt as needed
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3- small green chillies, chopped
  • 4-6 tsp - butter
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • Oil

How to Make Cheese Cutlet

  • Boil the milk in a vessel. When it starts to boil, lower the flame and add cheese and butter, little by little.
  • Start stirring when the cheese starts melting. After it melts add rava little by little while stirring the milk.
  • After adding all the rava, lower the flame and stir so that no lumps are formed
  • When it forms into a dough, spread in a tray which is greased with little oil or ghee. Spread evenly and cut into small square or rounds.
  • Then freeze it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 min. Then, take it out, split the cubes separately, dip it in a maida paste ( made of maida and water), cover it in bread crumbs, deep fry or bake.
  • Store the cubes in freezer for 4 to 5 days and deep fry when needed
