Ingredients

  • 6 slices - sandwich bread
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • 1 - large potato, boiled grated
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed Red Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic crushed fine

How to Make Cheese Potato Toast

  • Mix potato, cheese, chilli, garlic, salt and coriander.
  • Keep it aside till required.
  • Butter all slices on both the sides.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Top all slices with the mixture liberally.
  • Bake in preheated oven till toasts become crispy.
  • Cut in triangles and serve hot with ketchup.
