Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - grated cheese
  • 6 ozs - semolina
  • 1 oz - Butter
  • 1 yolk - Egg (beaten)
  • 1 pint - Milk
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Cheese Pudding

  • Boil the semolina with the milk and cook slowly for 10 mins.
  • Stir in cheese, butter and seasoning.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the beaten egg.
  • Turn into a plate and when cold, cut into squares.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until brown.
